  3. Do I need to return the item in its original packaging? An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 3 days after purchase for this reason. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  4. Can I get my shipping cost refunded? Shipping is non-refundable by Liquid Chronic E liquid.
